Blogspot cleaning to get me in the mood to change my blogspot. Time to get rid of the old and bring in the new. That’s just what I’ve started doing in my blogspot.

Love is...

God is more interested

 in the inner beauty 

of a person 

than the outer.

God is not concerned with outward appearance. He looks into our hearts and sees our true motives and desires, what is on the inside is much more important than how we dress up the outside.

Scripture:

“Your adornment should not be an external one: braiding the hair, wearing old jewelry, or dressing in fine clothes, but rather the hidden character of the heart, expressed in the imperishable beauty of a gentle and calm disposition, which is precious in the sight of God.” ~~ 1 Peter 3:3

 "But the LORD said to Samuel: Do not judge from his appearance or from his lofty stature, because
 I have rejected him.  God does not see as a mortal, who sees the appearance. The LORD looks into the heart." ~~ 1 Samuel 16:7

Anything is Possible

Matthew 19:26 -

 "And Jesus beholding, said to them: With men this is impossible: but with God all things are possible."

Beauty Within

It is OK to be obsessed with your beauty since HE made you this way. HE gave you your body on earth and you take care of it - that is beauty.  There is a lot of comparison; i.e., plant's life and human's life. They are the same thing as to grow and depend on water and food whereas we depend on God's words for beautiful spirit and knowledge. 

A Cheerful Giver

Need to Borrow a Cup of Courage?

When you’re down and out and unable to go on, sometimes you need to borrow the courage to move forward. Once you do, a time may come when someone else needs it — and you can pay it forward.

Sometimes when others are in a situation over which they have no control, they need us to hold to our vision of them, even if that isn’t the vision, they have of themselves at the time. They need us to hold in our minds and our hearts the picture of them at their very best — strong, confident, capable and resilient. Then, they need to borrow that vision of themselves to use until they can get themselves back to the place in their lives where they can see themselves that way again. They need to borrow that courageous vision of themselves to make it to the other side.

So to my friend, please borrow this cup of courage, my vision of you. I know you can make a new life for yourself. You are strong, confident, capable and resilient and so much more. Someday you will look back on these days and it won’t hurt you anymore. You will be so much happier in your new life. Until that day, I’m holding this beautiful vision of you here in my heart, and you can look at it as often as you need to. You will do it. I know you will.

Leaps for Joy

I often jump up and down for JOY! What about my heart? I have had a few moments like that. When God answered my prayers. When God healed a place in my heart I didn’t know was hurt. When God gave me strength to overcome my physical painful circumstance. When God gave me a song every morning. When God gave me a creative to design my first Artwork. (see the image) Frog who makes me smile. He point my heart to Jesus. My heart LEAPS for joy!!
