Kentucky Barbie Doll

I am happy to introduce the latest addition. I adopted Kentucky Derby Barbie Doll!

I love watch Horse Racing (Kentucky Derby, Preakness and Belmont). Preakness Stakes just hosted last Saturday the 16th. Preakness will turn 135 next year. I wonder if Barbie will have Preakness Barbie Doll in yellow attire with lazy eyed-susan flower.

I ordered a book "How to throw a great derby party" via Amazon. com.

I am not a Barbie Enthusiast. I have 3 and they are:

1. Sign Language Barbie (teacher)
2. Cinderella Barbie
3. Kentucky Barbie

Heather Whitestone

Heather Whitestone won Miss America in 1995.  She lost her hearing at age 1 ½ years old. Her lifelong dream to be a ballerina.

She performed ballet in talent competition of Miss America pageant. The song is Sandi Patti’s “Via Dolorosa." Via Dolorosa is the name of road or path where Jesus carried the cross. She proved everyone wrong that she can do it in spite of her hearing loss.

Happy Umbrella Day!

 Today is Umbrella Day!

Annual event is celebrated every February 10th.

Umbrellas or parasols not only help protect us from the rain, but also protect us from the sun. Some folks use this handy accessory as a walking aid.
Umbrellas have also played a role when it comes to movies too such as Singing in the Rain, Mary Poppins and more.

Clutter books

Did you know January is Get Organized Month.

I love books. I have few resource books how to organize.

reading them inspired me to start organize my clutter area.

I read FB news feeds about Transformation and Organization. Her post inspired me to start organize my clutter area.

Before i had a stroke. i usually dropped magazines off at the table in my father's office. End up pile high. I realized that there is no more room for one more. I have to learn to stop buy magazines.

The verse she wrote on her post touched my heart. I immediately pulled out my bible and read.

Transformation and Organization is a good time for me to start clean up the clutter in the cold winter day.
